The rooms are clean and cute. You get plenty of pillows. My only complaint with the rooms is that they aren't very well lit. But that's a small complaint. The staff is friendly. The free breakfast is ok. Fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal, small frozen waffels, tea, coffee, and juice. Standard free breakfast stuff. But I did find a moldy strawberry and the pineapple wasn't ripe. But it was ok and it was free.
Nice option to stay in Julian. Rooms are clean and bathrooms recently updated. Breakfast was solid, though a pretty simple Continental breakfast. Protein options would make a big difference. Main complaint is the mattresses do feel on the older and lumpier side. Some may enjoy but not my cup of tea. Very friendly staff.
We will definitely be comin here again. The people who work here are great and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. The bathroom was decorated so nice and very clean. I loved all of the antiques. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Staff was courteous and informative about the town. Room was clean although a bit dated but that's part of the charm. Did not attend the included breakfast.
